Effect of outpatient nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of lumbar disc herniation
门诊护理干预对腰椎间盘突出症康复作用

摘要

目的 分析门诊护理干预在腰椎间盘突出症患者康复中的作用。方法 将在我院接受治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者中抽取出100例，分组采取随机数字表法，共分成50例观察组和50例对照组，治疗期间对照组行常规护理，观察组实施门诊护理干预，将两种护理模式的效果进行对比。结果 同对照组各指标结果比较发现，观察组焦虑情绪评分显示改善效果理想，患者遵医行为以及自护能力均明显提高，腰椎的疼痛程度也显著减轻，最终腰椎功能恢复效果优于对照组，治疗后6个月内复发率低于对照组，患者生活质量与对照组相比提高，（P<0.05）。结论 对腰椎间盘突出症患者开展门诊护理干预，可及时改善患者负性情绪，增强患者的遵医行为和自护能力，提高腰椎功能恢复效果，降低复发率。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of outpatient nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital were selected and divided into 50 observation groups and 50 control groups by random number table method. During the treatment, the control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received outpatient nursing intervention. The effects of the two nursing modes were compared.
Results Compared with the results of each index of the control group, the anxiety score of the observation group showed an ideal improvement effect, the patients' compliance with medical treatment and self-care ability were significantly improved, the degree of lumbar pain was also significantly reduced, and the final lumbar function recovery effect was better than that of the control group. The recurrence rate within 6 months after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the quality of life of patients was improved compared with that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Outpatient nursing intervention for patients with lumbar disc herniation can timely improve patients' negative emotions, enhance patients' compliance with medical treatment and self-care ability, improve the effect of lumbar function recovery, and reduce the recurrence rate.
