Effects of self-relaxation music therapy combined with family care on cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia
自我松弛音乐疗法联合家庭护理对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响

摘要

目的 本文将借助对比实验原理分析观察精神分裂症患者实施自我松弛音乐疗法联合家庭护理的应用效果，并针对患者认知功能、社会功能、情绪状态、生活质量的影响作为具体论述。方法 设定于2023年1月至2024年1月期间开展对比实验，选入样本量共计80例，均为该期间收治精神分裂症患者，将所有患者进行1-80编号，取前40例作为对照组实施常规治疗及护理指导，将剩余部分作为观察组应用自我松弛音乐疗法联合家庭护理，收集记录两组患者不同干预后各项数据指标，并以统计学系统（SSPS）进行分析检验，对比结果差异表现，验证应用价值。结果 观察组患者定向力（9.08±0.31）、记忆力（2.19±0.28）、注意力及计算力（4.06±0.30）、回忆能力（2.37±0.21）、语言能力（8.56±0.42）各项认知功能评分均优于对照组，日常生活能力（9.13±1.12）、动情和交往情况（12.43±1.16）、社会性活动（8.51±0.78）、社会功能总分（30.07±3.06）高于对照组，焦虑评分（33.09±3.12）、抑郁评分（34.52±2.93）情绪状态评分低于对照组，生活质量评分（89.43±4.18）优于对照组，对比各项数据指标P值均可见﹤0.05数值，具有确切可比性。结论 精神分裂症患者采纳自我松弛音乐疗法联合家庭护理可明显提高患者认知功能，改善患者情绪状态，提升患者社会功能，对生活质量的改善显示积极作用，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective This article aims to analyze and observe the application effect of self relaxation music therapy combined with home care in patients with schizophrenia using comparative experimental principles, and specifically discuss the impact on patients' cognitive function, social function, emotional state, and quality of life.
Methods A comparative experiment was conducted from January 2023 to January 2024, with a total sample size of 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted during this period. All patients were numbered 1-80, and the first 40 cases were selected as the control group to receive routine treatment and nursing guidance. The remaining part was selected as the observation group to receive self relaxation music therapy combined with home care. Various data indicators were collected and recorded for the two groups of patients after different interventions, and the statistical system (SSPS) was used for analysis and testing to compare the differences in results and verify the application value.
Results The cognitive function scores of the observation group patients were better than those of the control group in terms of orientation (9.08 ± 0.31), memory (2.19 ± 0.28), attention and calculation (4.06 ± 0.30), recall (2.37 ± 0.21), language ability (8.56 ± 0.42), daily living ability (9.13 ± 1.12), emotional and social situations (12.43 ± 1.16), social activities (8.51 ± 0.78), and total social function score (30.07 ± 3.06). Anxiety score (33.09 ± 3.12), depression score (34.52 ± 2.93), emotional state score was lower than that of the control group, and quality of life score (89.43 ± 4.18) was better than that of the control group. The P values of various data indicators in the group are all less than 0.05, indicating precise comparability.
Conclusion   The use of self relaxation music therapy combined with home care in patients with schizophrenia can significantly improve their cognitive function, emotional state, social function, and have a positive effect on improving their quality of life. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
