Pain care interventions should be applied to observation in patients with postherpetic neuralgia
疼痛护理干预应用于带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的观察

摘要

目的 探讨带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施疼痛护理干预的临床意义与价值分析。方法 选取本院接收的60例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为研究对象，依据随机分配原则，将这些患者划分为对照组（含30例，接受常规护理措施）与试验组（含30例，实施疼痛护理干预）。对两组患者的护理成效进行系统性的数据收集、分析以及对比评估。结果 相较于对照组，试验组患者的疼痛程度评分及睡眠质量评分均呈现显著降低，同时，试验组在生活质量改善方面的表现显著优于对照组，两组间的差异具备统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施疼痛护理干预措施，能明显减轻其疼痛感受，优化患者的睡眠状况及生活质量，在临床实践中展现出非凡的应用成效。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical significance and value of pain nursing intervention in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.
Methods A total of 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and these patients were divided into control group (including 30 cases, receiving routine nursing measures) and experimental group (including 30 cases, with pain care intervention) according to the principle of random assignment. Systematic data collection, analysis and comparative evaluation of the nursing effectiveness of the two groups of patients were conducted.
Results Compared with the control group, the pain level score and sleep quality score of the patients in the experimental group were significantly reduced, and the performance of the experimental group in improving the quality of life was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of pain nursing interventions for patients with postherpetic neuralgia can significantly reduce their pain feelings, improve their sleep status and quality of life, and show extraordinary application results in clinical practice.
