家庭的延续性护理在小儿脑瘫康复护理中的研究

摘要

目的 分析家庭的延续性护理在小儿脑瘫康复护理中的研究。方法 选择我院于2023年1月-2024年1月期间收治的100例小儿脑瘫患儿为研究对象，将2023年1月-2023年6月收治的50例患儿作为对照组（采取常规护理）；将2023年7月-2024年1月收治的50例患儿作为观察组（采取家庭的延续性护理），对两组的临床护理效果，如患儿的心理状态（焦虑、抑郁）评分、生活质量（躯体功能、认知功能、社会功能、日常生活功能）评分、运动功能发育指数与智力发育指数评分以及Barthel指数评分进行对比与评估。结果 观察组患儿的焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿的躯体功能、认知功能、社会功能、日常生活功能评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿运动功能发育指数与智力发育指数评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿Barthel指数评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。差异均有统计学意义。结论 在对小儿脑瘫患儿实施家庭的延续性护理取得明显效果，显著改善患儿的心理状态，提高生活质量和智力发育水平，促进患儿康复和健康发育，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Research on the continuity of family care in the rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy.
Methods Selecting 100 children with cerebral palsy admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 as the research subjects, and 50 children admitted from January 2023 to June 2023 as the control group (receiving routine nursing care); Fifty pediatric patients admitted from July 2023 to January 2024 will be selected as the observation group (receiving continuous family care), and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups will be compared and evaluated, such as the psychological status (anxiety, depression) score, quality of life (physical function, cognitive function, social function, daily life function) score, motor function development index and intellectual development index score, and Barthel index score.
Results The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of physical function, cognitive function, social function, and daily life function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of motor function development index and intellectual development index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The Barthel index score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The differences were statistically significant.
Conclusion   The implementation of family continuity care for children with cerebral palsy has achieved significant results, significantly improving their psychological state, enhancing their quality of life and intellectual development, promoting their recovery and healthy development, and has high practical value.
