Application of mixed BOPPPS combined experiential teaching method in nursing teaching of endocrinology department
混合BOPPPS联合体验式教学法在内分泌科护理教学中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨在内分泌科护理教学中采取混合BOPPPS联合体验式教学法的效用价值。方法 此次研究共选取78例护生进行对比实验,均在内分泌科实习,采取盲抽方式将其分为两个组别,对照组与观察组各39例护生,分别采取传统带教模式与混合BOPPPS联合体验式教学法,对两组实际带教效果展开评价比较。结果 经试验中各项数据显示,观察组护生基础理论知识、专业理论知识以及实践技能操作考核成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);与此同时,相比对照组,观察组护生对带教工作满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论 在内分泌科护理带教期间应用混合BOPPPS与体验式教学联合教学法可有效提高护生理论知识掌握情况与实践操作能力,促进护生带教满意度的提升。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of BOPPPS combined experiential teaching method in nursing teaching of endocrinology department. Methods A total of 78 nursing students were selected for comparative experiment in this study, all of whom were practicing in the Department of Endocrinology. They were divided into two groups by blind sampling method. 39 nursing students in the control group and the observation group respectively adopted traditional teaching mode and mixed BOPPPS combined experiential teaching method, and the actual teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated and compared. Results The experimental data showed that the test scores of basic theoretical knowledge, professional theoretical knowledge and practical skill operation of nursing students in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). At the same time, compared with the control group, the nursing students in the observation group had higher satisfaction with the teaching work (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined teaching method of mixed BOPPPS and experiential teaching can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of nursing students, and promote the satisfaction of nursing students.
