摘要
目的 探析实施基于互联网+健康教练技术在慢性病患者自我管理中的影响作用。方法 选择我院2023年2月-2024年2月收治的70例慢性病患者作为此次研究的目标对象。将患者按照护理方法的不同随机分为对照组（常规护理组）和研究组（基于互联网+健康教练技术干预组）。对两组患者在护理完成后的效果进行评估对比。结果 两组患者研究组患者的自我行为评分和服药依从性均高于对照组，差异具有统计学上的显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 在慢性病患者自我管理中，基于互联网+健康教练技术可以有效改善患者自我行为能力，提高服药依从性，有显著的应用意义。

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of Internet plus based health coaching technology on self-management of patients with chronic diseases. Methods 70 chronic disease patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to April 2022 were selected as the target subjects of this study. According to different nursing methods, patients were randomly divided into the control group (35 cases, using conventional nursing) and the research group (35 cases, implementing Internet plus based health coach technology). Collect and analyze the effects of nursing care on two groups of patients. Results Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care. The self behavior score and medication adherence of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the self-management of patients with chronic diseases, the Internet plus based health coach technology can effectively improve the patients' self behavior ability and drug compliance, with significant application significance.
