摘要
目的 分析泌尿外科临床护理带教采取分层级分阶段护理带教模式的价值。方法 择取本院泌尿外科40名护生随机分组(时段2022年10月至2023年10月),随机均分2组,各组20名。对照组实施常规护理带教模式,观察组实施分层级分阶段护理带教模式。评比2组护生考核成绩、综合能力、教学满意度。结果 与对照组比较,观察组理论知识、技能操作得分均明显提高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组各项综合能力评分均明显提高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组教学总满意率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论 泌尿外科临床护理带教采取分层级分阶段护理带教模式可提高教学效果,促进综合能力发展,护生满意度更高。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of adopting a hierarchical and staged nursing teaching model in clinical nursing teaching of urology. Methods A total of 40 nursing students from the Department of Urology of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups (from October 2022 to October 2023), with 20 students in each group. The control group implemented the conventional nursing teaching model, and the observation group implemented the hierarchical and staged nursing teaching model. The assessment scores, comprehensive abilities, and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were evaluated. Results Compared with the control group, the theoretical knowledge and skill operation scores of the observation group were significantly improved (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of comprehensive abilities of the observation group were significantly improved (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total teaching satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical and staged nursing teaching model for clinical nursing teaching in urology can improve the teaching effect, promote the development of comprehensive abilities, and increase the satisfaction of nursing students.
