角膜异物在裂隙灯显微镜下剔除术后的护理方法及效果分析

摘要

目的 分析角膜异物在裂隙灯显微镜下剔除术后的护理方法及效果。方法 将我院于2023年7月-2024年7月收治的66例行裂隙灯显微镜下剔除术的角膜异物患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各33例。对照组术后应用常规护理，观察组术后应用综合护理，对比两组并发症发生率、护理满意度、生活质量评分。结果 观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 在角膜异物患者裂隙灯显微镜下剔除术后行综合护理效果显著，可有效降低并发症发生风险，提升护理满意度，并提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the nursing methods and effects of corneal foreign body removal under slit lamp microscopy.
Methods 66 patients with corneal foreign bodies who underwent slit lamp microscopy removal surgery in our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care after surgery, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing care. The incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction, and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.
Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The comprehensive nursing effect after corneal foreign body removal under slit lamp microscopy is significant, which can effectively reduce the risk of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, and enhance the quality of life of patients.
