Analysis of the effect of feedforward control concept risk warning and operating room nursing on patients undergoing intervertebral foramen endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal surgery
前馈控制理念风险预警手术室护理对椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术患者的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析前馈控制理念风险预警手术室护理对椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术患者的效果。方法 该研究总共纳入86例研究对象，均是2022.04月至2024.04月到医院行椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术患者，按照随机数字表法进行分组，其中43例开展常规护理的患者列入对照组，剩余43例开展前馈控制理念风险预警手术室护理的患者纳入研究组。对比两组的腰椎功能、疼痛度及生活质量，统计两组的并发症发生情况。结果 在腰椎功能评分、疼痛评分及生活质量评分上，研究组优于对照组（P＜0.05）。在并发症发生率上，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 前馈控制理念风险预警手术室护理用于椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术患者的效果良好，有利于改善腰椎功能，临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of feedforward control concept risk warning and operating room nursing on patients undergoing intervertebral foramen endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal surgery.
Methods A total of 86 study subjects were included in this study, all of whom were patients who underwent intervertebral foramen endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal at the hospital from April 2022 to April 2024. They were randomly divided into groups using a random number table method. Among them, 43 patients who received routine care were included in the control group, while the remaining 43 patients who received feedforward control concept risk warning operating room care were included in the study group. Compare the lumbar spine function, pain level, and quality of life between the two groups, and calculate the incidence of complications between the two groups.
Results In terms of lumbar spine function score, pain score, and quality of life score, the study group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). In terms of the incidence of complications, the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The feedforward control concept risk warning operating room nursing has a good effect on patients undergoing intervertebral foramen endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal, which is beneficial for improving lumbar spine function and can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
