Observation on the application effect of health education and psychological care in outpatient chronic disease patients
健康教育及心理护理在门诊慢性病患者中的应用效果观察

摘要
目的 研究门诊慢性病患者医疗活动中强调健康教育与心理护理的积极性影响。方法 以我院门诊收治的200例慢性病患者作为研究对象,并随机将其划分至A组(100例,实施门诊常规慢性病护理)与B组(100例,于前者基础上强调健康教育与心理护理),并对比数据指标,分析不同护理方案有效性。结果 经对比,B组患者自我保健能力评分(Self-Maintenance Ability Scale for Adults, ESCA)相对A组患者而言更为优异;而焦虑状态(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS)、抑郁状态(Self-rating depression scale, SDS)等指标亦有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育及心理护理均是门诊慢性病管理当中的重点环节,也是改善患者生活质量与自我保健能力的关键,对其而言有确切的正面意义。

Abstract
Objective To study the positive influence of emphasizing health education and psychological care in the medical activities of outpatient chronic disease patients. Methods A total of 200 chronic disease patients admitted to the outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into group A (100 cases, implementing routine outpatient chronic disease care) and group B (100 cases, emphasizing health education and psychological care on the basis of the former), and the data indicators were compared to analyze the effectiveness of different nursing programs. Results After comparison, the self-care ability score (Self-Maintenance Ability Scale for Adults, ESCA) of group B patients was better than that of group A patients; and the anxiety state (Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS), depression state (Self-rating depression scale, SDS) and other indicators were also significantly improved (P < 0.05). Conclusion Health education and psychological care are both key links in the management of outpatient chronic diseases, and are also the key to improving the quality of life and self-care ability of patients, which has a definite positive significance for them.
