四肢创伤骨折标准化疼痛护理的应用效果研究

摘要

目的 分析四肢创伤骨折标准化疼痛护理的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月期间于我院进行治疗的80例四肢创伤骨折患者，随机分为试验组与参照组，分别给予两组患者不同护理干预，比较护理效果。结果 （1）经过护理，两组患者不同时间的疼痛程度评分表现出明显差异，其中试验组患者的疼痛程度评分明显更低，数据有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（2）经护理，试验组不同时间的睡眠质量评分明显低于参照组，组间数据表现出明显差异性（P＜0.05）数据有统计学意义。结论 在常规护理基础上给予四肢创伤骨折患者标准化疼痛护理，效果显著，既能显著改善患者的疼痛程度，还能明显提升患者的生活质量，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of standardized pain care for limb trauma fractures.
Methods 80 patients with limb trauma fractures who underwent treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. Different nursing interventions were given to the two groups of patients, and the nursing effects were compared.
Results (1) After nursing, there was a significant difference in pain severity scores between the two groups of patients at different times. Among them, the pain severity score of the experimental group was significantly lower, and the data was statistically significant (P<0.05); (2) After nursing, the sleep quality scores of the experimental group at different times were significantly lower than those of the control group, and there was a significant difference in data between the groups (P<0.05), with statistical significance.
Conclusion   Providing standardized pain care to patients with limb trauma fractures on the basis of routine care has a significant effect. It can significantly improve the pain level of patients and also significantly enhance their quality of life, which is worth promoting.
