Effect of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on postoperative bowel function in patients with colorectal tumor
经皮穴位电刺激对结直肠肿瘤患者术后肠功能的影响

摘要

目的 分析经皮穴位电刺激对结直肠肿瘤患者术后肠功能的影响。方法 从2023年10月—2024年10月内入院接受93例，分别为对照组1（基础干预），对照组2（基础干预+穴位按摩护理），试验组（基础干预+穴位按摩+中频电疗法），每组各31例，观察三组患者于预后的胃肠功能恢复情况，对比疗效。结果 试验组排便时间、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间优于对照组2与对照组1，P＜0.05。对照组2与对照组1相比无差异，P＞0.05.治疗前，三组无差异，P＞0.05。治疗后，试验组胃动素、胃泌素优于对照组2与对照组1，P＜0.05。对照组2与对照组1相比无差异，P＞0.05. 结论 对结直肠肿瘤患者实施经皮穴位电刺激治疗后，可以改善胃肠动功能，促使胃肠道迅速恢复蠕动，有助于患者恢复健康。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on postoperative bowel function in patients with colorectal tumor.
Methods From October 2023 to October 2024, 93 patients were admitted to hospital, including control group 1(basic intervention), control group 2(basic intervention + acupressure nursing), and experimental group (basic intervention + acupressure + medium frequency electrotherapy), with 31 cases in each group. The prognosis of gastrointestinal function recovery in the three groups was observed, and the therapeutic effect was compared.
Results The defecation time, anal exhaust time and bowel sound recovery time of test group were better than those of control group 2 and control group 1, P < 0.05. There was no difference between control group 2 and control group 1,P > 0.05. Before treatment, there was no difference between the three groups,P > 0.05. After treatment, motilin and gastrin in experimental group were superior to control group 2 and control group 1, P < 0.05. There was no difference between control group 2 and control group 1, P > 0.05.
Conclusion   Percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation can improve the gastrointestinal motility function and promote the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis, which is conducive to the recovery of patients' health.
