摘要
目的 分析心内科护理带教中应用病例汇报考核法的效果。方法 抽选2021年3月-2023年3月于我院心内科接受护理实习的护生60例,以分层随机法分30例为对照组实施常规试卷考核,另外30例为观察组实施病例汇报考核法,对比两组护生的考核效果以及护生的自主学习能力;结果 教学后观察组教学成绩指标优于对照组,同时自主学习能力也优于对照组,差异显著,P﹤0.05。结论 对心内科实习护生应用病例汇报考核法的效果较好,可提高教学成绩以及激发教学兴趣,让护生自主学习能力增强,可提高护生对病例书写、基础操作等护理程序的熟悉度,利于护理带教质量进一步提高。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of using case report assessment method in cardiology nursing teaching. Methods Sixty nursing students who received nursing internships in the cardiology department of our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected. Thirty students were divided into a control group using a stratified random method for routine test paper assessment, while the other 30 students were selected as the observation group for case report assessment. The assessment effects and self-learning abilities of the two groups of nursing students were compared; Results The teaching performance indicators of the observation group after teaching were better than those of the control group, and the self-learning ability was also better than that of the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of case report assessment method to cardiology internship nursing students has a good effect, which can improve teaching performance and stimulate teaching interest, enhance their self-learning ability, improve their familiarity with nursing procedures such as case writing and basic operations, and further improve the quality of nursing teaching.
