Application of early exercise intervention in the recovery of limb motor function in patients with severe traumatic brain injury
早期运动干预在重症创伤性颅脑损伤患者肢体运动功能恢复的应用

摘要

目的 探讨早期运动干预对重症创伤性颅脑损伤患者肢体运动功能恢复的应用效果。方法 将重症创伤性颅脑损伤的患者按病区分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组进行常规护理，观察组除常规护理外同时进行早期运动干预，两组患者于干预前和干预1个月后进行GCS评分、Fugl- Meyer评分以及患者家属满意度比较。结果 经早期护理干预后，观察组患者GCS评分、Fugl-Meyer评分以及患者家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)，差异有统计学意义。结论 早期运动干预对重症创伤性颅脑损伤患者肢体运动功能恢复效果显著，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of early exercise intervention on the recovery of limb motor function in patients with severe traumatic brain injury.
Methods Patients with severe traumatic brain injury were divided into a control group and an observation group by disease. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received early exercise intervention in addition to routine care. The two groups of patients underwent GCS score, Fugl Meyer score, and comparison of patient family satisfaction before and one month after intervention.
Results After early nursing intervention, the GCS score, Fugl Meyer score, and patient family satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   Early exercise intervention has a significant effect on the recovery of limb motor function in patients with severe traumatic brain injury, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
