Analysis of the effect of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotions in patients with traumatic fractures
心理护理干预对创伤性骨折患者负性情绪的作用分析

摘要

目的 探究创伤性骨折患者采取心理护理干预对其负性情绪的影响。方法 46例创伤性骨折患者取自本院2021年2月-2022年2月期间，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组采取常规护理，实验组在上述基础上采取心理护理，每组23例。以焦虑、抑郁评分及护理满意度评价两组护理效果。结果 护理前两组焦虑、抑郁评分对比差异小（P＞0.05），护理后实验组显低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 创伤性骨折患者采取心理护理干预能够有助于缓解患者的负性情绪，提升其满意度。此种方法值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotions of patients with traumatic fractures.
Methods 46 patients with traumatic fractures were selected from our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received psychological care on the basis of the above, with 23 patients in each group. Evaluate the nursing effects of two groups based on anxiety, depression scores, and nursing satisfaction.
Results The difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before nursing was small (P>0.05), and after nursing, the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological nursing intervention for patients with traumatic fractures can help alleviate their negative emotions and improve their satisfaction. This method is worth promoting.
