The influence of narrative nursing combined with acupoint massage on the rehabilitation effect of post-stroke depression patients
叙事护理联合穴位按摩对脑卒中后抑郁患者康复效果的影响

摘要

目的 探究脑卒中后抑郁患者采取叙事护理联合穴位按摩对其康复的效果。方法 以随机数字表法将本院在2021年2月-2022年2月期间收治的64例脑卒中后抑郁患者分为两组，即为参考组和实验组。其中前者采取常规护理干预，而后者在上述基础上采取叙事护理联合穴位按摩，每组32例。以焦虑、抑郁评分、睡眠质量、神经功能评分评价两组效果。结果 焦虑、抑郁评分比较可见，护理前两组对比差异小（P＞0.05）。护理后实验组显低（P＜0.05）。睡眠质量、神经功能评分对比可见，实验组低于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 脑卒中后抑郁患者采取叙事护理联合穴位按摩可对患者的负面情绪予以缓解，改善其睡眠质量、神经功能，此种护理方法可在临床上予以推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of narrative nursing combined with acupoint massage on post-stroke depression patients.
Methods 64 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were divided into two groups using a random number table method, namely the reference group and the experimental group. The former adopts routine nursing intervention, while the latter adopts narrative nursing combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the above, with 32 cases in each group. Evaluate the effects of two groups based on anxiety, depression scores, sleep quality, and neurological function scores.
Results The scores of anxiety and depression were relatively visible, and the difference between the two groups before nursing was small (P>0.05). After nursing, the experimental group showed a significant decrease (P<0.05). The comparison of sleep quality and neurological function scores shows that the experimental group is lower than the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Narrative nursing combined with acupoint massage can alleviate negative emotions, improve sleep quality and neurological function in patients with post-stroke depression. This nursing method can be promoted in clinical practice.
