Analysis of the impact of music oriented narrative nursing on negative emotions, self-management ability, and quality of life in adult epilepsy patients
成年癫痫患者运用音乐导向叙事护理对不良情绪、自我管理能力及生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 分析成年癫痫患者运用音乐导向叙事护理对不良情绪、自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。方法 将我院于2023年3月-2024年3月收治的50例成年癫痫患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各25例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用音乐导向叙事护理，对比两组不良情绪评分、自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分。结果 观察组不良情绪评分显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）；观察组自我管理能力评分显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）；观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 在成年癫痫患者临床护理中应用音乐导向叙事护理效果显著，可有效减轻其不良情绪，提升其自我管理能力，从而提高其生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of music oriented narrative nursing on negative emotions, self-management ability, and quality of life in adult epilepsy patients.
Methods Fifty adult epilepsy patients admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received music oriented narrative care. The scores of negative emotions, self-management ability, and quality of life were compared between the two groups.
Results The observation group had significantly lower scores of negative emotions than the control group, with significant inter group comparisons (P<0.05); The self-management ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of music oriented narrative nursing in the clinical care of adult epilepsy patients has a significant effect, which can effectively alleviate their negative emotions, improve their self-management ability, and thus improve their quality of life.
