摘要
目的 浅析类风湿关节炎患者采用自我效能护理联合阶段性健康教育的效果。方法 选取2023年1月~2023年12月收治的类风湿关节炎患者60例,对照组采用常规健康教育;观察组采用自我效能护理联合阶段性健康教育,对比临床疗效。结果 观察组患者一般自我效能量表(GSES)和运动自我效能感量表(SEE)评分高于对照组,两组对比存在较大差异,P<0.05;此外,在对比患者应对能力上,观察组患者在MCMQ评分高于对照组,对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论 针对类风湿关节炎患者实施自我效能护理联合阶段性健康教育的效果显著,有助于提升患者的自我效能,促使患者积极应对疾病治疗,是一种可推广的教育方案。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of self-efficacy nursing combined with phased health education in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods From January 2023 to December 2023, 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected, and the control group received routine health education. The observation group was treated with self-efficacy nursing combined with periodic health education, and the clinical effect was compared. Results The scores of general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and exercise self-efficacy scale (SEE) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and there were significant differences between the two groups, P < 0.05; In addition, in the comparison of patients' coping ability, the MCMQ score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Self-efficacy nursing combined with periodic health education for patients with rheumatoid arthritis has a significant effect, which is helpful to improve patients' self-efficacy and promote patients to actively cope with disease treatment. It is a kind of education program that can be promoted.
