A study on the nursing of postoperative patients with hemorrhoids treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing
中药熏洗护理痔疮术后患者的研究

摘要

目的 分析在痔疮术后应用中药熏洗护理的效果。方法 以2021年5月-2023年5为研究开展时段，抽选在该时段内在我社区医院接诊的痔疮术后疼痛患者的50例作为研究对象，按照电脑随机分组的方式分为对照组患者25例术后常规高锰酸钾坐浴，而观察组25例则给予中药熏洗护理，对比两组患者术后疼痛、肛门水肿、排便异常人数等治疗效果。结果 护理后观察组术后疼痛显著低于对照组，肛门水肿评分低于对照组，排便异常人数低于对照组，差异对比均有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。结论 在痔疮术后应用中药熏洗护理的效果很好，可改善患者肛门部位的疼痛，提高机体舒适，同时改善肛门水肿，利于排便功能恢复正常。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing nursing after hemorrhoid surgery.
Methods From May 2021 to May 2023, 50 patients with postoperative pain in hemorrhoids who were treated at our community hospital during this period were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group of 25 patients who received routine potassium permanganate sitz baths after surgery, and an observation group of 25 patients who received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation care. The treatment effects of postoperative pain, anal edema, and abnormal bowel movements were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing, the postoperative pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the anal edema score was lower than that in the control group, and the number of abnormal bowel movements was lower than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant, with P<0.05.
Conclusion   The application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing nursing after hemorrhoid surgery has a good effect, which can improve the pain in the patient's anal area, enhance the body's comfort, and improve anal edema, which is conducive to the restoration of normal bowel function.
