摘要
目的 分析临床护理路径在癫痫护理中的应用效果及满意度。方法 将我院于2023年3月-2024年3月收治的74例癫痫患者作为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各37例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组应用临床护理路径干预，对比两组健康知识评分、住院时间、医疗费用、服药依从性、护理满意度。结果 观察组健康知识评分显著高于对照组，住院时间、医疗费用显著低于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。观察组服药依从性及护理满意度均显著高于对照组，组间对比明显（P＜0.05）。结论 在癫痫护理中应用临床护理路径干预效果显著，可有效提升患者健康知识水平，缩短住院时间，减少医疗费用，并提升其服药依从性，从而提高护理满意度，可在临床中推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect and satisfaction of clinical nursing pathways in epilepsy care. Methods 74 epilepsy patients admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 37 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received clinical nursing pathway intervention. The health knowledge scores, length of hospital stay, medical expenses, medication adherence, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The health knowledge score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the length of hospital stay and medical expenses were significantly lower than those of the control group. The inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05). The medication adherence and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the inter group comparison was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway intervention in epilepsy nursing has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the patient's health knowledge level, shorten hospitalization time, reduce medical costs, and improve medication compliance, thereby improving nursing satisfaction. It can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
