儿童造血干细胞移植术后并发膀胱炎的护理

摘要

目的 出血性膀胱炎（HC）是儿童造血干细胞移植术后常见的并发症之一，提前识别和预防该并发症对于患儿的康复至关重要。方法 我们回顾性分析了这两例患儿的病史资料，包括泌尿系统症状、临床病历和护理记录，然后总结并制定了相关的护理措施和预防策略。结果 在早期识别和预防方面，我们根据患儿的症状采取了不同的措施，如充分水化碱化尿液、解痉止痛、抗病毒治疗、留置导尿管持续膀胱冲洗等多种方法，有效帮助患儿康复。结论 护理人员需要熟悉并掌握儿童造血干细胞移植术后出血性膀胱炎的病情观察要点和相关护理，积极采取有效的治疗措施，减轻患者痛苦，加强心理护理和疼痛评估。通过我们的努力和护理措施，患儿们的出血性膀胱炎得到了有效管理和康复。

Abstract

Objective Hemorrhagic cystitis (HC) is one of the common complications after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in children. It is very important to identify and prevent this complication in advance for the rehabilitation of children.
Methods We retrospectively analyzed the history data of these two cases, including urinary symptoms, clinical records and nursing records, and then summarized and formulated related nursing measures and preventive strategies.
Results In early recognition and prevention, we took different measures according to the symptoms of the children, such as full hydration and alkalization of urine, spasmolysis and analgesia, antiviral treatment, indwelling catheter continuous bladder irrigation and other methods, effectively help the children recover.
Conclusion   Nursing staff should be familiar with and master the observation points and related nursing of hemorrhagic cystitis after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in children, and actively take effective treatment measures to reduce the pain of patients, strengthen psychological nursing and pain evaluation. Through our efforts and nursing measures, the children's hemorrhagic cystitis has been effectively managed and recovered.
