Observation on the influence of psychological nursing on negative emotions in middle-aged and young patients with ischemic stroke
心理护理对中青年缺血性脑卒中患者负性情绪的影响观察

摘要

目的 探究中青年缺血性脑卒中患者采取心理护理对其负性情绪的影响。方法 将本院在2021年2月-2022年2月期间收治的56例青年缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象。通过采取随机数字表法将上述患者分为2组，即为参考组和实验组。其中参考组行常规护理，实验组在上述基础上采取心理护理，每组28例。以焦虑、抑郁评分、治疗依从性及满意度评价两组效果。结果 实验组焦虑、抑郁评分低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组治疗依从性高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 中青年缺血性脑卒中患者采取心理护理有助于缓解患者的负面情绪，提升其治疗依从性，为此患者较为满意。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of psychological care on negative emotions in middle-aged and young patients with ischemic stroke.
Methods 56 young ischemic stroke patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The above patients were divided into two groups by using a random number table method, namely the reference group and the experimental group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received psychological care on the basis of the above, with 28 cases in each group. Evaluate the effects of two groups based on anxiety and depression scores, treatment compliance, and satisfaction.
Results The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The satisfaction level of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological care for middle-aged and young patients with ischemic stroke can help alleviate their negative emotions and improve their treatment compliance, which makes them more satisfied.
