静脉治疗护理小组在持续改进PICC护理质量中的应用

摘要

目的 分析在持续改进PICC护理质量中静脉治疗护理的应用及效果。方法 以本院接受PICC静脉输液治疗患者为研究对象，与2023年6月-2024年6月抽取60例，采用随机数字表法分为2组，一组采用常规护理方法视为参照组（n=30）；另一组采用静脉治疗护理小组视为研究组（n=30）；统计相关结果进行比较。结果 统计两组患者一次穿刺成功率，研究组明显高于参照组，差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。统计两组护理后并发症发生情况，研究组并发症发生率明显低于参照组，数据之间差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在持续改进PICC护理质量中建立静脉治疗护理小组，能够有效地提高一次穿刺成功率，同时还能够减少并发症的发生，对护理质量的提高有着积极作用，可在临床中加大推广力度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application and effect of intravenous therapy nursing in continuous improvement of PICC nursing quality.
Methods Patients receiving PICC intravenous infusion therapy in our hospital were selected as the study objects, and 60 cases were selected from June 2023 to June 2024, and were divided into 2 groups by random number table method. The first group was treated as the reference group by conventional nursing methods (n=30); The other group was treated as the study group with intravenous therapy (n=30); Statistical results were compared.
Results The success rate of one puncture was statistically higher in the study group than in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of post-nursing complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and the difference between the data was statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The establishment of intravenous therapy nursing team in the continuous improvement of PICC nursing quality can effectively improve the success rate of one puncture and reduce the occurrence of complications, which has a positive effect on the improvement of nursing quality and can be further promoted in clinical practice.
