Analysis of nursing methods to improve nursing satisfaction and prognosis of chronic suppurative otitis media patients
改善慢性化脓性中耳炎患者护理满意度及预后的护理方式分析

摘要

目的 分析中耳炎患者中采用综合护理方法对患者满意度及预后的影响。方法 从本院抽取70例资料完整的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者作为主要分析对象，选取时间为2023年6月-2024年6月，将患者依据“双盲法”平均分为2组。一组应用常规护理方法，视为参照组（n=35）；另一组采用综合护理方法，视为研究组（n=35）；评估患者护理后的满意度、炎性因子水平、时间指标（慢性化脓性中耳炎积液消失时间、听力改善时间）、不良反应，记录评估结果进行比较。结果 研究组护理后满意度高于参照组、不良反应低于参照组，时间指标短于餐组，存在数据差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理前两组患者的炎性指标进行比较，无较大差异，护理后均得到改善，研究组优于参照组，存在差异和统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者中采用综合护理方法能够提高患者的护理满意度，对预后效果的提高有着积极作用，值得借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on patient satisfaction and prognosis in otitis media patients.
Methods Seventy patients with chronic suppurative otitis media with complete data were selected from our hospital as the main analysis objects, and the selected time was from June 2023 to June 2024, and the patients were divided into 2 groups according to the "double-blind method". One group was treated with conventional nursing methods and was considered as the reference group (n=35). The other group adopted the comprehensive nursing approach and was regarded as the study group (n=35). The patients' satisfaction, inflammatory factor levels, time indexes (time for chronic suppurative otitis media effusion to disappear, time for hearing improvement) and adverse reactions were evaluated after nursing, and the evaluation results were recorded for comparison.
Results The post-nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, the adverse reactions were lower than that of the reference group, and the time index was shorter than that of the meal group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the inflammatory indicators between the two groups before nursing, and both were improved after nursing, and the study group was superior to the reference group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The comprehensive nursing method in chronic suppurative otitis media patients can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, and has a positive effect on the improvement of prognosis, which is worthy of reference.
