Observation on the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological state and therapeutic effect of patients with chronic prostatitis
护理干预对慢性前列腺炎患者治疗依从性心理状态及疗效的影响观察

摘要

目的 分析和研究不同护理干预方式对慢性前列腺炎患者治疗依从性、心理状态及疗效产生的影响。方法 本次实验时间为2023年6月至2024年6月，随机选择该时间段在本院收治的60例慢性前列腺炎患者为观察对象，将其按照入院治疗先后顺序分为两个小组，先进入医院治疗的30例患者纳入对照组实施常规护理，后进入医院治疗的30例慢性前列腺炎患者纳入观察组实施综合护理干预，之后对两组患者多项指标进行对比。结果 对比研究结果可以得知，观察组患者心理状态评分明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组患者治疗依从性为86.67%，治疗有效率为93.33%，均高于对照组70%、80%，差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论 将综合护理干预应用在慢性前列腺炎患者护理中能够有效地提升其治疗依从性，也能从其心理状态、生理状态改善中提升其身体恢复效率。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effects of different nursing interventions on treatment compliance, psychological state and curative effect of patients with chronic prostatitis.
Methods The experiment lasted from June 2023 to June 2024. 60 patients with chronic prostatitis admitted to our hospital during this period were randomly selected as observation objects and divided into two groups according to the order of admission treatment. 30 patients who entered the hospital for treatment first were included in the control group for routine nursing. Thirty patients with chronic prostatitis who were admitted to the hospital for treatment were included in the observation group for comprehensive nursing intervention, and multiple indicators were compared between the two groups.
Results Compared with the results of the study, it can be seen that the psychological status score of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), the treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was 86.67%, and the treatment effective rate was 93.33%, both of which were higher than 70% and 80% of the control group, with significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of chronic prostatitis patients can effectively improve their treatment compliance, and also improve their physical recovery efficiency from the improvement of their psychological and physiological states.
