多元化联合教学模式在神经内科护理带教中的应用

摘要

目的 分析多元化联合教学模式在神经内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年于我院神经内科实习及见习的护生135名作为研究对象,按入科实习或见习时间先后将护生进行分组,给予不同的带教方法,参照组共有护生67名均接受传统教学模式,另外68名护生纳入研究组均接受多元化联合教学模式。比较两组护生带教后考核成绩、能力评分和护理带教满意度。结果 研究组护生考核成绩(包括理论知识、技能水平)高于参照组;研究组护生能力评分(包括:判断问题能力、创新能力、思考问题能力、团队协作能力、沟通能力)高于参照组;研究组护生护理带教满意度高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在神经内科护理带教中应用多元化联合教学模式的效果理想,护生考核成绩提升,能力增强,护理带教满意度提高,具有推广及应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of diversified combined teaching mode in nursing teaching of neurology department.
Methods 135 nursing students who were interns or interns in the Department of Neurology of our hospital in 2023 were selected as the research objects. The nursing students were divided into groups according to the time of internship or internship and given different teaching methods. A total of 67 nursing students in the reference group accepted traditional teaching mode, and 68 nursing students in the research group accepted diversified co-teaching mode. The assessment scores, ability scores and satisfaction with nursing teaching were compared between the two groups.
Results The assessment scores (including theoretical knowledge and skill level) of nursing students in the study group were higher than those in the reference group; The ability scores of nursing students in the study group (including problem judgment ability, innovation ability, problem thinking ability, teamwork ability and communication ability) were higher than those in the reference group; The satisfaction of nursing teaching in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of diversified joint teaching mode in nursing teaching of neurology department has ideal effect, and the assessment results of nursing students are improved, the ability is enhanced, and the satisfaction of nursing teaching is increased, which has the value of popularization and application.
