The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the nursing of colorectal cancer
快速康复外科理念用于结肠直肠癌护理中的应用

摘要

目的 以提高结肠直肠癌护理水平为研究目标，在临床护理中应用快速康复外科理念，明确其对结肠直肠癌患者的影响。方法 以2023.01-12时间段中于院内接受诊疗的结肠直肠癌患者为分析对象，共计95例，按照诊疗先后顺序设置成对照组（49例）、观察组（46例），分别以常规手段、快速康复外科理念手段实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 并发症情况、满意度方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更佳（P<0.05）。临床指标方面，两组相比，观察组等时长值更低（P<0.05）。结论 在临床护理中应用快速康复外科理念，有利于控制并发症，让患者术后尽早排便、排气、下床活动，减少住院时长，为患者提供更为满意的护理方案。

Abstract

Objective To improve the nursing level of colorectal cancer as the research objective, to apply the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in clinical nursing, to clarify its impact on patients with colorectal cancer.
Methods A total of 95 patients with colorectal cancer who received diagnosis and treatment in hospital during the period of 2023.01-12 were selected as the analysis objects. According to the order of diagnosis and treatment, they were divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (46 cases). The two groups of nursing intervention were respectively implemented by conventional means and rapid rehabilitation surgical concept means, and the intervention situation was analyzed.
Results Compared with the two groups, the results of complications and satisfaction were better in the observation group (P<0.05). In terms of clinical indicators, the equal duration value of the observation group was lower than that of the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in clinical nursing is conducive to controlling complications, allowing patients to defecate, exhaust and get out of bed as soon as possible after surgery, reducing the length of hospital stay, and providing patients with more satisfactory nursing programs.
