The application effect of bird's nest nursing in neonatal care and its effect on nursing satisfaction
鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中的应用效果及对护理满意度的效果研究

摘要

目的 分析新生儿护理中采取鸟巢式护理应用效果及对护理满意度的效果。方法 抽取本院在2023年1月-2024年1月期间收治的120例新生儿为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组采取常规护理，实验组行鸟巢式护理，每组60例，以新生儿临床相关指标、并发症发生率及家长护理满意度评价两组效果。结果 实验组新生儿临床相关指标中，睡眠时间、体温变化幅度、出箱时间及血氧饱和度均优于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组并发症发生率低于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组家长护理满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 新生儿护理中采取鸟巢式护理可有效改善 新生儿的临床相关指标，减少并发症发生，提升家长的护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of adopting bird's nest nursing in neonatal care and its impact on nursing satisfaction.
Methods 120 newborns admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received bird's nest care. There were 60 cases in each group. The effects of the two groups were evaluated based on clinical indicators of newborns, incidence of complications, and parental satisfaction with nursing.
Results In the clinical indicators of newborns in the experimental group, sleep time, amplitude of temperature changes, time to leave the box, and blood oxygen saturation were all better than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of parents with nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Adopting a bird's nest style nursing approach in neonatal care can effectively improve clinical indicators of newborns, reduce the occurrence of complications, and enhance parental satisfaction with nursing.
