The application effect of clinical pathway in the nursing of pediatric pneumonia
临床路径在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 以提高小儿肺炎护理水平为研究目标，在临床护理中实施临床路径，明确其对小儿肺炎患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的小儿肺炎患者为分析对象，共计95例，对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组（49例）、观察组（46例），分别以常规手段、临床路径手段实施两组护理干预，对两组临床症状持续时间以及炎症反应指标等干预情况进行分析。结果 临床症状持续时间方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。炎症反应方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。结论 在临床护理中实施临床路径，有利于促进患儿临床症状尽快消失，减轻炎症反应，这对提高小儿肺炎护理水平有着重要意义。

Abstract

Objective To improve the nursing level of pediatric pneumonia as the research objective, to implement clinical pathways in clinical nursing, to clarify its impact on pediatric pneumonia patients.
Methods A total of 95 cases of pediatric pneumonia patients receiving diagnosis and treatment in hospitals from January to December 2023 were analyzed. Each patient was numbered and randomly selected to be divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (46 cases), and two groups of nursing intervention were implemented by conventional means and clinical means, respectively. The duration of clinical symptoms and inflammatory response indexes of the two groups were analyzed.
Results The duration of clinical symptoms was lower in the observation group than in the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of inflammatory response, the values in the observation group were lower than those in the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of clinical pathway in clinical nursing is beneficial to promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms and reduce inflammation in children, which is of great significance to improve the nursing level of pediatric pneumonia.
