Construction and practical study of perioperative nursing pathway for vagus nerve electrical stimulation in the treatment of refractory epilepsy patients
迷走神经电刺激术治疗难治性癫痫患者围手术期护理路径构建及实践研究

摘要

目的 探讨分析迷走神经电刺激术治疗难治性癫痫患者围手术期护理路径构建及实践研究。方法 选择 2021年10月至2023年9月在我院神经外科住院经过体检，脑电图和头颅 CT 检查确诊为难治性癫痫，并在我科行迷走神经电刺激术的患者60例，按随机原则分为两组，按照入院先后顺序进行编号，单号为常规组双号为对照组，每组30例。常规组为常规围手术期护理，对照组应用构建的围手术期护理路径模式干预，对最终结果进行比较分析。结果 在患者各个时间段癫痫发作频率均更高的为常规组（P＜0.05）。最终调查满意度水平更高的为对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对于接受迷走神经电刺激术治疗的难治性癫痫患者，为其通过构建围手术期护理路径的方式施以干预指导，能够有效降低患者癫痫发作频率。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the construction and practical research of perioperative nursing pathway for vagus nerve electrical stimulation in the treatment of refractory epilepsy patients.
Methods Sixty patients who were hospitalized in the neurosurgery department of our hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 and were diagnosed with refractory epilepsy through physical examinations, EEG and CT scans, and underwent vagus nerve electrical stimulation surgery in our department were randomly divided into two groups, numbered according to the order of admission. The single number was the routine group, and the double number was the control group, with 30 patients in each group. The routine group received routine perioperative care, while the control group received intervention using the constructed perioperative care pathway model, and the final results were compared and analyzed.
Results The control group had a higher frequency of epileptic seizures at various time periods in patients (P<0.05). The final satisfaction level was higher in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with refractory epilepsy who receive vagus nerve electrical stimulation surgery, providing intervention guidance by constructing a perioperative nursing pathway can effectively reduce the frequency of seizures in patients.
