Progress of nursing study on clinical effect of using atosiban in patients with threatened premature delivery
先兆早产患者使用阿托西班临床效果的护理研究进展

摘要

目的 探讨先兆早产患者使用阿托西班治疗时全面精准护理对其临床效果的影响。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月在本院就诊的80例先兆早产患者，以随机数字表法分组，每组40例，两组均使用阿托西班治疗，在此基础上，常规组采用常规护理方式，探究组在常规组基础上应用全面精准护理。对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后，探究组Apgar评分高于常规组，有差异（P<0.05）。护理后，探究组负性情绪及妊娠压力评分低于常规组，有差异（P<0.05）。护理后，探究组生活质量评分高于常规组，有差异（P<0.05）。护理后，探究组护理满意度高于常规组，有差异（P<0.05）。结论 对于先兆早产患者使用阿托西班治疗时，采用全面精准护理能够显著提高Apgar评分、降低负性情绪和妊娠压力、提升生活质量，并增加患者对护理的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive and precise nursing on the clinical outcome of patients with threatened premature delivery treated with atosiban.
Methods A total of 80 patients with preterm prematurity treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into groups by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with atosiban. On this basis, the conventional group was treated with routine nursing, while the exploratory group was treated with comprehensive and precise nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.
Results After nursing, the Apgar score of the inquiry group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of negative emotion and pregnancy stress in the inquiry group were lower than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). After nursing, the quality of life score of the inquiry group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05). After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the inquiry group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with threatened preterm delivery treated with atosiban, comprehensive precision nursing can significantly improve Apgar score, reduce negative emotion and pregnancy stress, improve quality of life, and increase patients' satisfaction with nursing.
