4C教学法在呼吸内科护理实习生教学中的应用

摘要

目的 分析呼吸内科护理实习生教学中采取4C教学法的效果。方法 将在本院2021年1月-2022年1月期间进行实习的50名呼吸内科护理实习生为研究对象,按照教学方法的不同分为参考组及实验组,其中参考组采取常规教学法,实验组采取4C教学法,每组25名。以理论、操作成绩、自我导向学习能力及教学满意度评价两组结果。结果 实验组理论、操作成绩高于参考组(P<0.05)。实验组自我导向学习能力高于参考组(P<0.05)。实验组教学满意度高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论 呼吸内科护理实习生教学中采取4C教学法的效果较为凸显,能够提升实习生的理论、操作成绩及自我导向学习能力,为此实习生较为满意。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of using the 4C teaching method in the teaching of respiratory nursing interns.
Methods Fifty respiratory nursing interns who underwent internships in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to different teaching methods. The reference group used conventional teaching methods, while the experimental group used 4C teaching methods, with 25 students in each group. Evaluate the effects of two groups based on theoretical and operational performance, self-directed learning ability, and teaching satisfaction.
Results The theoretical and operational scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group (P<0.05). The self-directed learning ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of 4C teaching method in the teaching of respiratory nursing interns has a more prominent effect, which can improve their theoretical and operational performance, as well as their self-directed learning ability. Therefore, interns are more satisfied with this.
