健康教育在乡村妇女两癌筛查中提升认知分析

摘要

目的 分析健康教育在乡村妇女两癌筛查中提升认知的影响效果。方法 将(2021年7月至2022年10月)40例乡村妇女,按照随机表法分组方式分为实验组(健康教育)与对照组(常规护理)各20例,比较两组心理状态评分、对疾病的知晓情况、对应方式、筛查意愿与接受疾病筛查情况及筛查满意度。结果 实验组心理状态评分低于对照组,对疾病知识的知晓率高于对照组,对应方式评分低于对照组,对筛查意愿与接受疾病筛查和筛查满意度情况均优于对照组,呈P<0.05。结论 健康教育干预的实施,能够稳定乡村妇女的情绪状态,可加强正确的对应方式,提高乡村妇女对两癌筛查的知晓率,筛查率和筛查满意度以及相关知识的掌握情况,可予以广泛推广使用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of health education on enhancing cognition in rural women's two cancer screening.
Methods Forty rural women from July 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group (health education) and a control group (routine nursing), with 20 cases in each group. The psychological status scores, disease awareness, corresponding methods, screening willingness, acceptance of disease screening, and screening satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The psychological state score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the awareness rate of disease knowledge was higher than that of the control group, and the corresponding way score was lower than that of the control group. The willingness to screen, acceptance of disease screening, and satisfaction with screening were both better than those of the control group, with a P<0.05 correlation.
Conclusion   The implementation of health education intervention can stabilize the emotional state of rural women, strengthen correct corresponding methods, improve the awareness rate, screening rate, screening satisfaction, and related knowledge mastery of two cancer screening among rural women, and can be widely promoted and used.
