摘要
盆底肌肉锻炼(PFMT)是一种通过有意识地收缩盆底肌群,特别是耻骨-尾骨肌(也称为肛提肌)的运动,旨在增加尿道阻力和强化尿液控制能力。产后进行有针对性地PFMT可以促进产妇盆底血液循环、提高肌张力,并减少与长期盆底功能障碍相关的风险。本文总结了关于经阴道分娩后PFMT的研究进展,以帮助医护人员和产妇对PFMT有更好地理解。

Abstract
Pelvic floor muscle exercise (PFMT) is a conscious contraction of the pelvic floor muscle group, especially the pubic coccygeal muscle (also known as the levator ani muscle), aimed at increasing urethral resistance and enhancing urine control. Targeted PFMT after childbirth can promote pelvic floor blood circulation, increase muscle tone, and reduce the risk associated with long-term pelvic floor dysfunction. This article summarizes the research progress on PFMT after vaginal delivery, in order to help medical staff and postpartum women have a better understanding of PFMT.
