Analysis of the impact of humanized nursing on delivery analgesia
人性化护理对分娩镇痛的影响分析

摘要

目的 观察对于分娩镇痛产妇实施人性化护理所体现的效果。方法 筛选本院产科进行分娩镇痛的60例产妇，集中在2022年3月至2023年3月之内。全部产妇按照入院顺序编号随机划分两组，各组平均30例。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取人性化护理。对比两组产妇疼痛程度、焦虑状态以及分娩方式。结果 两组产妇干预后视觉模拟评分（VAS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）较组内干预前均出现下降（P＜0.05）；同时观察组上述问卷得分仍显著低于对照组，两组统计学差异较大（P＜0.05）。观察组相较对照组，其自然分娩率有更明显提升，中转剖宫产率有更明显下降，两组统计学差异较大（P＜0.05）。结论 分娩镇痛产妇实施人性化护理可以明显缓解焦虑情绪，减轻疼痛感受，改善分娩结局。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing for parturients with analgesia during labor.
Methods 60 cases of parturient analgesia in the obstetric department of our hospital were selected from March 2022 to March 2023. All pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission, with an average of 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received humanized nursing. The degree of pain, anxiety state and mode of delivery were compared between the two groups.
Results Visual analogue scale (VAS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) were decreased in both groups after intervention (P < 0.05). At the same time, the above questionnaire score of the observation group was still significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the natural delivery rate of the observation group was more significantly increased, and the conversion cesarean section rate was more significantly decreased, and the two groups were statistically significantly different (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Humanized nursing for parturients with labor analgesia can obviously relieve anxiety, relieve pain and improve the outcome of labor.
