循证护理联合健康教育在小儿腹泻护理的应用

摘要

目的 探讨分析循证护理联合健康教育在小儿腹泻护理的应用。方法 2022年03月-2023年04月是选择病例接受临床治疗时间段,对应病例选择措施随机电脑程序抽选,选择疾病类型为接受治疗的106例小儿腹泻患者,以不同组别参与研究,划分标准为不同干预方式,对照组与观察组,各53例,接受常规护理干预的为对照组,接受循证护理联合健康教育干预的为观察组,对研究完成后结果进行比较与分析。结果 最终护理优良率相比更高的为观察组(P<0.05)。腹泻次数、腹泻消失时间以及住院时间相比均更短的均为观察组(P<0.05)。结论 小儿腹泻患者,为其提供循证护理联合健康教育指导,能够有效改善患儿症状,缩短临床治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application of evidence-based nursing combined with health education in the care of pediatric diarrhea.
Methods From March 2022 to April 2023, a period of clinical treatment was selected for the selected cases. The corresponding case selection measures were randomly selected using a computer program. 106 children with diarrhea who received treatment were selected as disease types, and different groups were divided into different intervention methods. There were 53 cases in each group, a control group and an observation group, with routine nursing intervention as the control group and evidence-based nursing combined with health education intervention as the observation group, Compare and analyze the results after the research is completed.
Results The observation group had a higher rate of excellent nursing care compared to the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had shorter frequency of diarrhea, disappearance time of diarrhea, and hospital stay compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Providing evidence-based nursing combined with health education guidance for pediatric diarrhea patients can effectively improve their symptoms and shorten clinical treatment outcomes.
