循证护理对小儿哮喘雾化吸入的效果

摘要

目的 探讨分析循证护理对小儿哮喘雾化吸入的效果。方法 2022年08月-2023年09月为研究选择时段，选择方式为电脑随机抽取，研究范围是接受雾化吸入治疗的小儿哮喘患者，共132例，以不同组别开展研究，对应对照组与观察组，前组采用常规护理，后组接受循证护理干预，各组均含66例患者，比较并分析最终结果。结果 哮鸣音、咳嗽、呼吸困难消失时间以及住院时间更短、肺活量更大、哮喘控制评分更高的均为观察组（P＜0.05）；满意度更高的为观察组（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿哮喘雾化吸入治疗的过程中，为其提供循证护理干预，缩减临床症状恢复时间，对医护人员满意度水平更高。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on nebulized inhalation in children with asthma.
Methods From August 2022 to September 2023, a study period was selected using computer random sampling. The study included 132 pediatric asthma patients who received nebulized inhalation treatment. The study was conducted in different groups, corresponding to a control group and an observation group. The first group received routine nursing, while the second group received evidence-based nursing intervention. Each group consisted of 66 patients, and the final results were compared and analyzed.
Results The observation group had shorter disappearance time of wheezing, cough, dyspnea, shorter hospital stay, larger lung capacity, and higher asthma control score (P<0.05); The observation group had higher satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of nebulized inhalation therapy for pediatric asthma, providing evidence-based nursing interventions can reduce the recovery time of clinical symptoms and increase the satisfaction level of medical staff.
