Observation on the effect of respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention in patientswith pulmonary tuberculosis
呼吸运动康复护理干预在肺结核患者中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 研究旨在对肺结核患者实施呼吸运动康复护理干预方案，对提升患者自护能力、肺功能及护理满意度方面所展现的应用价值与实施效果进行探讨。方法 择2022年03月-2023年3月期间我院180例肺结核患者作为此次研究对象分为两组，针对不同组别、不同护理干预模式，以最后相关指标作为数据支撑，为临床提供参考依据。结果 实验组在干预后患者各项肺功能指标明显改善，且自护能力显著提升，同时该组患者护理满意度高达96.67%（87/90），与对照组相较，组间数据呈现（P＜0.05），符合统计学标准。结论 对肺结核患者实施呼吸运动康复护理干预方案，患者认可度、接受度较高，其能够明显改善患者肺功能促进机体恢复，且可一定程度提升患者的自护能力，有利于病情的控制与好转，这对其预后质量的改善亦发挥着积极的促进作用，该护理方案临床应用价值良好，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to explore the application value and effect of respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention program for pulmonary tuberculosis patients in improving patients' self-care ability, lung function and nursing satisfaction.
Methods 180 patients with tuberculosis in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups. According to different groups and different nursing intervention modes, the last relevant indicators were used as data support to provide clinical reference.
Results After the intervention, the pulmonary function indexes of the experimental group were significantly improved, and the self-care ability was significantly improved, and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was as high as 96.67% (87/90), compared with the control group, the inter-group data presented (P < 0.05), which met the statistical criteria.
Conclusion   The respiratory exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention program for pulmonary tuberculosis patients has a high degree of recognition and acceptance, which can significantly improve the lung function of patients and promote body recovery, and improve the self-care ability of patients to a certain extent, which is conducive to the control and improvement of the disease, and also plays a positive role in improving the quality of prognosis. The clinical application value of this nursing program is good. Worth promoting.
