Clinical efficacy and efficacy analysis of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang combined with rosuvastatin in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia
半夏白术天麻汤结合瑞舒伐他汀对高血压合并高脂血症患者的临床效果及有效率分析

摘要

目的 观察高血压合并高脂血症患者采取半夏白术天麻汤联合瑞舒伐他汀的疗效。方法 纳入本院2022年11月至2023年11月内医治的高血压合并高脂血症患者共98例，随机分组，对照组49例接受瑞舒伐他汀治疗，观察组49例接受半夏白术天麻汤联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗。对血压、血脂及临床疗效进行综合评价。结果 治疗后收缩压、舒张压、甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平，观察组较对照组有明显下降（P＜0.05）。观察组与对照组比较，其总有效率提高幅度更大（P＜0.05）。结论 高血压合并高脂血症患者在瑞舒伐他汀治疗基础上联合半夏白术天麻汤的疗效确切，可明显控制血压、血脂水平。

Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Rosuvastatin in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia.
Methods A total of 98 patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia who were treated in our hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were randomly assigned. 49 patients in the control group received rosuvastatin treatment, and 49 patients in the observation group received Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with rosuvastatin treatment. Blood pressure, blood lipids and clinical efficacy were evaluated comprehensively.
Results After treatment, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride and total cholesterol levels in observation group were significantly decreased compared with control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Rosuvastatin combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction is effective for hypertension patients with hyperlipidemia, which can obviously control blood pressure and blood lipid levels.
