Application of Comfort Nursing in Postpartum Care after Cesarean Section
舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析在剖宫产术后产妇护理中应用舒适护理的价值。方法 以2021年3月-2023年3月在我院接受子宫下段剖宫产的产妇62例为研究对象，以表格随机分组法分31例为对照组常规护理，其余31例为观察组实施舒适护理，对比产妇的舒适度、满意度、术后母乳喂养率和住院时间。结果 观察组的生理、心理、环境、情感等维度的舒适度高于对照组，满意度高于对照组，术后母乳喂养率高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 在剖宫产术后产妇护理中应用舒适护理的价值较高，可提高产妇身心等方面的舒适度，利于产妇满意度提高和母乳喂养，打造较好的产后护理体验。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of applying comfort nursing in the care of postpartum women after cesarean section.
Methods A total of 62 parturients who underwent lower segment cesarean section in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects. 31 cases were randomly divided into a control group using a table randomization method for routine care, while the remaining 31 cases were treated as the observation group for comfort care. The comfort, satisfaction, postoperative breastfeeding rate, and hospital stay of the parturients were compared.
Results The comfort level of physiological, psychological, environmental, and emotional dimensions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the satisfaction level was higher than that in the control group. The postoperative breastfeeding rate was higher than that in the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of comfort nursing in the care of postpartum women after cesarean section has a high value, which can improve the physical and mental comfort of postpartum women, facilitate the improvement of maternal satisfaction and breastfeeding, and create a better postpartum nursing experience.
