一对一带教模式在呼吸科护理带教中的应用

摘要

目的 以提高呼吸科护理带教质量为研究目标,在临床中实施一对一带教模式,明确其对呼吸科护生的影响。方法 以2022年1月-2023年12月时间段中院内接受呼吸科护理带教的40例护生为分析对象,于2022年1月-12月期间行常规带教(作为对照组),于2023年1月-12月期间行一对一带教模式(作为观察组),对带教情况进行分析。结果 护生各项情况方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更高(P<0.05)。带教质量方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更高(P<0.05)。结论 在临床中实施一对一带教模式,有利于提高呼吸科护生综合能力、基本技能、操作技巧、急救护理等方面水平,保证带教质量。

Abstract

Objective To improve the quality of nursing teaching in the respiratory department, the one-to-one teaching model was implemented in clinical practice, and its influence on nursing students in the respiratory department was clarified.
Methods 40 nursing students who received nursing care in respiratory department in hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were analyzed. They received routine nursing care from January 2022 to December 2022 (as the control group) and a pair of teaching modes from January to December 2023 (as the observation group).
Results Compared with the two groups, the values in the observation group were higher (P<0.05). In terms of teaching quality, the values of the observation group were higher than those of the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of one-to-one teaching mode in clinical practice is conducive to improving the comprehensive ability, basic skills, operation skills, emergency nursing and other aspects of nursing students in respiratory department, and ensuring the quality of teaching.
