长期卧床患者下肢护理对深静脉血栓的效果

摘要

目的 分析对深静脉血栓应用长期卧床患者下肢护理的效果。方法 抽选2021年3月-2023年于我科就诊的长期卧床患者70例，随机分35例为对照组实施常规护理，观察组35例则增加下肢护理，对比两组下肢血运情况、深静脉血栓发生率和护理满意度；结果 两组静脉血流流速、平均流速护理前差异不显著，p﹥0.05,护理后观察组静脉血流流速、平均流速优于对照组，满意度高于对照组、深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 对深静脉血栓应用长期卧床患者下肢护理的效果较好，可提高静脉血流流速和平均流速，预防深静脉血栓，同时给患者打造较好的护理体验。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of long-term bed-rest thrombosis on lower extremity care.
Methods A total of 70 patients with long-term 20212023 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (N = 35) and the observation group (N = 35).
Results There was no significant difference in venous blood flow velocity and mean blood flow velocity between the two groups before nursing, P > 0.05, but there was no significant difference in thrombosis blood flow velocity and mean blood flow velocity between the two groups before nursing, after nursing, the venous blood flow velocity and average flow velocity in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the satisfaction degree was higher and the thrombosis rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was significant (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   Long-term bed-rest for patients with thrombosis lower extremity care is effective, can improve venous blood flow velocity and average flow velocity, prevent thrombosis, and create a better nursing experience for patients.
