Perioperative application of nursing intervention based on comfort theory in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery
基于舒适理论的护理干预在肺癌手术患者围术期的应用

摘要

目的 分析肺癌手术患者开展基于舒适理论的护理干预的效果。方法 选取2022年11月至2023年11月成都市第三人民医院行三孔微创手术92例肺癌患者，随机数字表法分为两组，每组46例。对照组实施常规围术期护理，观察组实施舒适护理。干预一周后评价两组舒适度、情绪状态。结果 观察组较对照组，干预后简化舒适状况量表（GCQ）得分升高，焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）得分下降（P＜0.05）。结论 肺癌手术患者开展基于舒适理论的护理干预可提升舒适感，缓解负面情绪。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention based on comfort theory in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.
Methods A total of 92 patients with lung cancer who underwent three-hole minimally invasive surgery in Chengdu Third People's Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, and the observation group received comfort nursing. After one week of intervention, the comfort level and emotional state of the two groups were evaluated.
Results Compared with the control group, the scores of simplified Comfort Scale (GCQ) in observation group increased after intervention, and the scores of self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) decreased (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing intervention based on comfort theory can improve comfort and relieve negative emotion in patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.
