The impact of high-quality nursing in the operating room on emergency surgical patients
手术室优质护理对急诊手术患者的影响

摘要

目的 以提高急诊手术患者护理效果为研究目标，在临床中实施手术室优质护理，明确其对急诊手术患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的急诊手术患者为分析对象，共计95例，按照诊疗先后顺序设置成对照组（49例）、观察组（46例），分别以常规手段、手术室优质护理手段实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 不良事件方面，两组相比，观察组总值更低（P<0.05）。临床指标方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更佳（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中实施手术室优质护理，能够对急诊手术患者产生积极影响，有利于改善临床指标，控制不良事件。

Abstract

Objective To improve the nursing effect of emergency surgery patients as the research objective, to implement high-quality nursing in the operating room in clinical practice, to clarify its impact on emergency surgery patients.
Methods A total of 95 cases of emergency surgery patients who received diagnosis and treatment in hospital from January to December 2023 were analyzed. They were divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (46 cases) according to the order of diagnosis and treatment. Two groups of nursing intervention were implemented by conventional means and high-quality nursing means in operating room, and the intervention situation was analyzed.
Results In terms of adverse events, the total value of observation group was lower than that of the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of clinical indicators, the values of the observation group were better than those of the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of high quality nursing in the operating room can have a positive impact on emergency operation patients, and is conducive to improving clinical indicators and controlling adverse events.
