目标管理在耳鼻喉科护理临床带教中的应用

摘要

目的 观察在进行耳鼻喉科护理临床带教过程中开展目标管理的作用。方法 在2022年3月至2023年6月耳鼻喉科实习护士中选择64名为对象,按照Excel表对实习护士进行随机排序0~64号,其中奇数序列划分对照组(32名,按照模式进行带教),偶数序列划分为观察组(32例,运用目标管理开展带教)。对比两组实习护士在带教过程中护理理论知识掌握水平、临床实践操作能力水平以及带教满意度等进行对比。结果 观察组实习护士护理理论知识以及临床实践操作能力评分,带教后均高于带教前,P<0.05。对比两组对护理带教评价,观察组各维度评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论 耳鼻喉科在进行护理临床带教过程中开展目标管理,可以有效提升护理带教效果,对实习护士各方面综合能力进行评估,并结合实习护士实际情况开展针对性带教,提升实习护士的理论知识掌握水平以及实践操作能力水平,有助于实习护士将各方面护理理论知识更好运用到临床护理过程中。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of objective management in the clinical teaching of ENT nursing.
Methods From March 2022 to June 2023, 64 subjects were selected from the practice nurses in the department of Otolaryngology, and the practice nurses were randomly sorted 0 to 64 according to the Excel table. The odd-numbered nurses were divided into the control group (32 in accordance with the mode of teaching), and the even-numbered nurses were divided into the observation group (32 in accordance with the target management of teaching). The two groups of practice nurses were compared in the process of teaching nursing theoretical knowledge, clinical practice operation ability and teaching satisfaction.
Results The scores of nursing theory knowledge and clinical practice ability of practice nurses in observation group were higher after teaching than before teaching, P<0.05. Comparing the evaluation of nursing teaching between the two groups, the scores of each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The otolaryngology department carries out target management in the process of clinical nursing teaching, which can effectively improve the nursing teaching effect, evaluate the comprehensive ability of practice nurses in all aspects, and carry out targeted teaching based on the actual situation of practice nurses, so as to improve the theoretical knowledge mastery level and practical operation ability level of practice nurses. It is helpful for practice nurses to better apply all aspects of nursing theory knowledge to clinical nursing process.
