"互联网+护理服务"在居家留置导尿管延续护理效果

摘要

目的 分析探讨为居家留置导尿管治疗患者实施延续护理的过程中，应用“互联网+护理服务”的护理效果。方法 在2021年12月～2023年12月期间开展实验，研究对象均居家接受留置导尿管治疗，共60例，我院为此类患者实施延续性护理，其中30例研究对象在此基础上接受“互联网+护理服务”，未接受的患者为对照组，共计30例，比较两种护理方式的临床效果。结果 研究组患者满意度、尿管护理知识掌握率均高于对照组，并发症发生概率更小，更换尿管花费更低，差异显著（p＜0.05）。结论 居家接受留置导尿管治疗的过程中，临床医师为患者实施延续性护理的基础上应用“互联网+护理服务”可提升患者的满意度和相关知识掌握度，患者接受治疗的花费和并发症发生概率更低，在临床上可以大范围推广使用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and discuss the nursing effect of "Internet + nursing service" in the process of implementing extended care for patients with home indwelling catheter treatment.
Methods The experiment was carried out from December 2021 to December 2023. All subjects received indwelling catheter treatment at home, a total of 60 cases. Our hospital implemented continuous care for such patients, including 30 subjects who received "Internet + nursing service" on this basis, and 30 patients who did not receive it were the control group. The clinical effects of the two nursing methods were compared.
Results The satisfaction rate of patients in the study group and the mastery rate of urinary tube nursing knowledge were higher than those in the control group, the probability of complications was smaller, and the cost of replacing urinary tube was lower, the differences were significant (p < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the process of receiving indwelling catheter treatment at home, the application of "Internet + nursing service" on the basis of continuous care for patients can improve patients' satisfaction and mastery of relevant knowledge, and the cost of treatment and the probability of complications are lower for patients, which can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
