The impact of integrated nursing for specialized diseases on the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients with acute cerebral infarction
专病一体化护理对急性脑梗死患者康复效果及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 本文将针对急性脑梗死患者，应用专病一体化护理干预，探究患者康复效果以及生活质量。方法 实验选择对象68例急性脑梗死患者，抽取时间为2022年12月-2023年12月，利用数字随机法将患者分为常规组（常规护理干预）与干预组（专病一体化护理干预），各组34位患者，比较两组患者临床护理效果。结果 干预组患者康复效果、生活质量改善均优于常规组，并发症发生率更低，且护理满意度高于常规组，（P＜0.05）。结论 临床治疗急性脑梗死患者中，采用专病一体化护理干预，临床护理效果理想，可有效改善患者临床症状，促进患者快速康复，且护理后患者生活质量明显提升，利于提升临床护理服务水平，可积极推广。

Abstract

Objective This article will focus on patients with acute cerebral infarction, apply integrated nursing interventions with specialized diseases, and explore the rehabilitation effect and quality of life of patients.
Methods 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the experimental subjects, with a sampling period from December 2022 to December 2023. The patients were randomly divided into a conventional group (conventional nursing intervention) and an intervention group (specialized disease integrated nursing intervention) using a digital randomization method, with 34 patients in each group. The clinical nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The rehabilitation effect and quality of life improvement of the intervention group were better than those of the control group, with a lower incidence of complications and higher nursing satisfaction than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients, the use of integrated nursing intervention with specialized diseases has ideal clinical nursing effects, can effectively improve clinical symptoms, promote rapid recovery of patients, and significantly improve the quality of life of patients after nursing, which is conducive to improving the level of clinical nursing services and can be actively promoted.
