PDCA循环在新生儿脐部护理教学中的应用

摘要

目的 探究分析PDCA循环理论在新生儿脐部护理教学中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2020年5月至2022年5月本学院护理专业的学生60例,将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例,其中,对照组采用传统的授课方式进行教育,观察组采用PDCA循环理论进行教育。比较评估两组学生的考核成绩、教学管理质量以及满意度情况。结果 观察组经过PDCA循环理论进行教育后的考核成绩的各项指标比对照组更具备优势,其比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的教学管理质量各项指标评分均占据着明显优势,其比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的满意度比对照组的高,其比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在脐部护理教学中应用PDCA循环理论能够有效提高学生的考核成绩,促使学生更快掌握护理技术,同时提高教学质量,从而让学生对该教学方式的满意程度得到提升,其应有价值显著。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle theory in neonatal umbilical nursing teaching.
Methods Sixty nursing students from our college from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly selected and divided into a control group and an observation group of 30 cases each using a random number table method. The control group received education through traditional teaching methods, while the observation group received education through the PDCA cycle theory. Compare and evaluate the assessment scores, teaching management quality, and satisfaction of two groups of students.
Results The observation group had more advantages in various indicators of assessment scores after being educated on the PDCA cycle theory compared to the control group, and the difference in comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significant advantage in scoring various indicators of teaching management quality, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference in comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of PDCA cycle theory in umbilical nursing teaching can effectively improve students' assessment scores, promote their faster mastery of nursing techniques, and improve teaching quality, thereby increasing their satisfaction with this teaching method. Its expected value is significant.
