The impact of cardiac rehabilitation nursing measures on the recovery of cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease after interventional treatment
心脏康复护理措施对冠心病介入治疗后患者心脏功能恢复的影响

摘要

目的 分析对冠心病介入治疗后患者开展心脏康复护理措施的效果。方法 筛选本院2022年9月至2023年9月期间开展介入治疗的冠心病患者一共88例，并依据双盲法将其划分两组，各组纳入44例。对照组予以常规护理，观察组在此基础上予以心脏康复护理。从心功能指标、生活质量、不良心血管事件进行评价。结果 观察组较对照组，其干预后LVEF、LVFS显著提升，LVESD显著降低（P＜0.05）。观察组较对照组，其6-MWT、生活质量评分显著提升，不良心血管事件显著减少（P＜0.05）。结论 冠心病介入治疗后实施心脏康复护理有助于心脏功能恢复，减少不良心血管事件，改善生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing measures for patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy.
Methods A total of 88 patients with coronary heart disease who received interventional treatment from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to double-blind method, and 44 cases were included in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given cardiac rehabilitation nursing on this basis. The indexes of cardiac function, quality of life and adverse cardiovascular events were evaluated.
Results Compared with the control group, the dry prognosis of LVEF and LVFS in the observation group was significantly increased, and LVESD was significantly decreased (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the 6-MWT and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly improved, and adverse cardiovascular events were significantly reduced (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Cardiac rehabilitation nursing after interventional treatment of coronary heart disease can help to restore cardiac function, reduce adverse cardiovascular events and improve quality of life.
