病毒性脑膜炎合并症状性癫痫的综合护理研究

摘要

目的 分析病毒性脑膜炎伴症状性癫痫患者采取综合护理干预的效果。方法 选取我院接诊的病毒性脑膜炎伴症状性癫痫患者作为观察对象，按随机抽签法分两组。对照组（n=30例）采取常规护理，按常规护理计划执行护理方案，观察组（n=30例）采取综合护理，以常规护理为基础，丰富护理内容，自身心两个方面实施护理措施，评价患者护理满意度及心理状态。结果 观察组护理满意度高于对照组，SAS及SDS评分比对照组低，p<0.05；护理前，患者心理状态相比，p>0.05。结论 综合护理在病毒性脑膜炎伴症状性癫痫患者护理中可提升患者的满意度，并改善患者的心理状态，该护理模式具有应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with viral meningitis and symptomatic epilepsy.
Methods Patients with viral meningitis and symptomatic epilepsy admitted to our hospital were selected as observation subjects and divided into two groups by random drawing. The control group (n=30 cases) took routine care and implemented the nursing plan according to the routine nursing plan. The observation group (n=30 cases) took comprehensive care, based on routine care, enriched the nursing content, and implemented nursing measures in both aspects. , to evaluate patients’ nursing satisfaction and psychological state.
Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those of the control group, p<0.05; compared with the patients' mental state before nursing, p>0.05.
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing can improve patient satisfaction and improve the patient's psychological state in the care of patients with viral meningitis and symptomatic epilepsy. This nursing model has application value.
